Its a pleasant five minute stroll up to Colyton. The Merchant Tea Rooms in the centre of Colyton does brilliant lunches, cream teas and hot and cold drinks. The Cafe at the Garden Centre, Again well worth a visit with good coffee, tea and lovely cakes, is tucked away just off King Street (a five minute walk at most - ask anyone you see for directions).
